elevenup Terms Of Service
Effective date: September 25th, 2026
elevenup is a pickleball scoring and rating app made by Cooper Goehring ("we," "us"). This policy explains what information elevenup collects, why, and what happens to it. The short version: we collect what the app needs to score your matches and build your rating, we don't run ads, we don't sell your data, and we don't use advertising or tracking. We use a crash-reporting service so we can find and fix bugs.
Account. You sign in with Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google. We receive your name and email address from Apple or Google and use them to create your account. We never see your Apple ID or Google password.
Profile. Your first and last name, your @handle, and a profile photo if you add one. Profile photos are stored in a public storage bucket so other players' apps can display them.
Gameplay. Matches you play or log: scores, who played, rally-by-rally scoring events with timestamps for live-scored matches, match confirmations and disputes, your rating (and its history), and your answers to the onboarding quiz (used to seed your starting rating and personalize the app).
Social. Your friends list, game invitations, and guest names that a host types in for players who don't have the app.
Courts. Court locations you add or report are pins you place on a map, stored with the name and position you chose.
Notifications. If you enable notifications, we store the device tokens needed to deliver them (including Live Activity score updates).
Purchases. elevenup Pro subscriptions are processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat to check whether your subscription is active. RevenueCat receives your elevenup purchase history and your elevenup account ID. We never see your payment details.
Crash reports. If the app crashes, it sends a crash report through Firebase Crashlytics, a Google service. A crash report has your device model, iOS version, app version, and technical details of the crash. It is not linked to your name or email.
elevenup uses your location for two things. First, the Courts map uses it to show courts near you. To get those courts, the app sends the area of the map to our server. We do not save it. Second, when a match with an attached court goes live, the scorekeeper's phone takes one location reading to check whether the match is within about 150 meters of that court. Only the yes/no result is saved. Coordinates are never saved. Location access is optional. Without it, matches work normally, but they do not get the "location verified" badge, and the map does not center on you.
elevenup is a social app, and match records are shared records:
