elevenup Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 25th, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Cooper Goehring ("elevenup," "we") for use of the elevenup app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
You must be at least 13 years old. You sign in with Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google, and you're responsible for activity on your account. Use your real name — match records are shared with the people you play with, and impersonating another player isn't allowed.
elevenup scores pickleball matches, keeps match records, computes a player rating, and connects you with other players. Match records are shared among their participants: when you play or log a match, everyone in that match (and, through feeds, their friends) can see it. Free accounts can always play, score, and record matches — elevenup Pro adds insights, lessons, drills, and analysis on top.
Ratings only mean something if matches are real. You agree not to log fake matches, manipulate confirmations, or otherwise game the rating system. Match results affect other players' ratings too, so we may correct, void, or recalculate matches and ratings we reasonably believe are inaccurate or manipulated, and may suspend accounts that repeatedly abuse the system. The confirmation and dispute system exists so both teams stand behind every result — confirm honestly.
You keep ownership of what you contribute (profile photo, court pins, names, match records you create). You give us permission to store and display that content within the service — that's what makes shared match records, feeds, and the court map work. Don't submit content that's unlawful, abusive, or that you don't have the right to share. Court pins should be real, publicly playable locations.
Hosts can add guest players by name. If you're added as a guest, the only thing stored is the name the host typed. Signing up later lets you claim your guest matches. Hosts: use the name your guest goes by, and remove guest entries if asked.
Pickleball is physical activity. elevenup is a scoring and stats tool — it provides no medical, fitness, or safety advice, and you're responsible for your own health and safety when you play.
